  • Salary reduction (You need to provide recent Salary Certificate/last 3 months Pay Slips)
  • Job loss (You need to provide Termination Letter)
  • Unpaid (You need to provide proof of unpaid leave letter)
  • Your Equated Monthly Installments (EMI) exceeds 50% Debt-Burden Ratio (DBR) (You need to provide proof in case you have ESKAN)
  • Other income reductions:
    • Job change
    • Increased expenses
    • Other liabilities
    • Sickness
    • You have Legal Court Order
    • You are under ESKAN government program and your EMI & ESKAN payments are exceeding 50%

Visit your nearest Emirates Islamic branch and we’ll be happy to help. Bring your Passport or Emirates ID for identification along with Income deduction proof or you can contact our 24-hour Call Centre on +971 600 599 995 and speak to one of our Customer Service Representatives.

We’ll review your request and once it’s approved, you can start paying your new installments from the next month.

Rescheduling charges will be discussed by the Collections Department, and you will be contacted by one of our representatives after reviewing your documents.

Yes, you can. You could benefit from reduced profit rates, depending on the terms and conditions at the time you apply. Please visit any of our branches to know more or contact our 24-hour Call Centre on +971 600 599 995 to raise a request that will be reviewed by the Collections Department.

We will consider your finance tenure, the amount you owe the Bank and your personal circumstances. To know more, please visit any of our branches and one of our Finance Experts will be happy to help you.

You can submit your documents at any of our branches or you can visit the Collections Department at Tanfeeth, Meydan (Monday to Thursday 8 am to 4 `pm). You will be contacted by one of our representatives after reviewing the documents.

Additional tenure will result in additional profits. The profit percentage is subject to change. Also, as per the Central Bank of the UAE rules, you will be blocked from availing any new facilities and your AECB report will be affected due to increasing of tenure.
