If you hold a bank account with Emirates Islamic, FATCA legislation impacts you. As per Central Bank of the UAE rules, you must certify whether you are a US or non-US citizen as per the requirements of the US Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA).
To update your FATCA details, download, complete and sign the relevant FATCA Declaration Form. Then update us through one of the channels below:
