Please note that the Bank has discontinued issuance of the Easy platinum card and hence, based on your consent, we will be migrating you to the Flex platinum Card. The Flex platinum card will reward you with EI SmartMiles for each transaction on your card and the accumulated SmartMiles can be used for Miles transfers, Gift vouchers, instant purchases, Flights, Hotels & much more.

EI SmartMiles is our inhouse rewards currency which is earned on the qualifying credit card transactions on your Flex platinum card. With a variety of redemption options available and transparency in earning, SmartMiles provide you with the best in class reward experience through the EI Rewards Mobile App / Webpage.

We have curated this offer of transferring the card keeping your best interest in our mind. The fees on charges applicable on the Flex platinum Card are in line or lower to those that you were levied on your Easy platinum Card.

Please note that the Bank has discontinued issuance of the Easy platinum card and hence we will be migrating you to the Flex platinum Card, based on your consent. Since we will not be able to process your replacement/renewal requests on the current card, we are offering you a reward based card proposition, Flex platinum Card.

In line with the communication received by you, we will start the issuance of the Flex platinum card within 7 working days from your consent to proceed with its issuance. You can continue using your Easy platinum card for transactions until you receive & activate your Flex platinum Card.

Your Primary & Supplementary cards will both be issued together and sent to you post receipt of your consent to proceed with the issuance of the Flex Platinum Card.

Your current plastic will be operational till either the activation of the new card or until 24 October 2023, whichever comes first.

Unfortunately, the Easy platinum card is being discontinued and hence we have no option of an opt out being provided. We will block your Easy Platinum card on 24 October 2023 and you can continue making your payments until the card is fully settled. If you wish us to migrate you to an alternate card type, we can take your request and channelize this for a change, once you have provided your consent to move to the Flex Platinum Card.

Once the Flex Platinum card has been issued by the Bank, you can feel free to opt in for an alternate card type through our contact center.
