Branch Queuing Ticket Service

Steps to Issue a Queuing Ticket:

1. Login to the mobile app

2. Go to 'Services' and click on 'Get Queuing Ticket'

3. Select the desired Branch

4. Tap on the button 'Get Queuing Ticket'

5. Select the service for which you are visiting the branch for

6. A ticket will now appear on the mobile screen and will be saved to the mobile phone

7. An SMS will be sent to the mobile number confirming the issuance of the ticket.
