Our Business Banking Digital Package is the easiest way to apply for Business Banking account online, and gives you access to a broad range of liability and financing solutions that help you achieve the long-term goals of your organization.

Eligibility

  • Average Monthly Credit Balance in Current Account of AED 10,000 and more
  • Available to New to Bank customers only
  • Mandatory Business Debit Card*

*Business Debit Card is issued to all accounts with single signatory authorization. (not allowed for joint signatory accounts) for more details click here

Please Note: A nominal fall below fee of AED 300 per month will apply if the above conditions are not met.

Documents Required

  • Company profile and valid legal documents including
    1. Passport copies of all owners
    2. Commercial registration
    3. Business and/or Trade License
    4. Articles of Association or partnership documents
    5. Chamber of commerce certificate
  • Audited/in-house financial statements for 3 years
  • Bank statements for 12 months
  • Facilities request letter
  • Any other documents (as required by the Bank)

Account Maintenance Queries

To update your registered mobile or email, you can visit any of our branches / or dedicated business banking centers. Please bring the following documents:-

  • Valid trade license
  • Company stamp
  • Latest MOA (Memorandum of association) if company is LLC
  • Valid identity documents (passport, visa and emirates id) for all partners

In order to update your KYC documents, you can visit our website - www.emiratesislamci.ae. Alternately, you can Visit any of our branches / or dedicated business banking centers.

You can request for a cheque book via smartBUSINESS e-banking solution. Alternatively, you may visit any of our branches or dedicated business banking centers. Please note, the cheque book will the delivered to the key man mentioned in the request. However, in case you wish to amend the keyman details you have to visit any of our branches / or dedicated business banking centers to request for updation of keyman details.

To change your existing account package, you any of our branches or dedicated business banking centers. Please bring the following documents:-

  • Valid trade license
  • Company stamp
  • Latest MOA (Memorandum of association) if company is LLC
  • Valid identity documents (passport, visa and emirates id) for all partners

To update your signatures, you may visit the branch with the request letter duly stamped and signed by the authorized signatory along with the following documents:-

  • Latest MOA (Memorandum of association) if company is LLC
  • Valid Trade License
  • Valid identity documents (passport, visa and emirates id)

You may visit the branch with the request letter duly stamped and signed by the authorized signatory along with the following documents:-

  • New company stamp
  • New trade license
  • Latest MOA (Memorandum of association) if company is LLC
  • Valid identity documents (passport, visa and emirates id) for all partners

If your auditor is registered on www.confirmation.com, the you may request for the letter on the same website.

Alternatively in case your auditor is not registered, then you may visit our branches / dedicated business banking centers to request for the same
