Mobile App - the Bank’s Mobile App continued to be among the highest rated apps in the financial industry, with an outstanding rating of 4.5/5 from more than 45,000 users on the Apple App Store

TBK Instant Account Opening Instant Account Opening for UAE Nationals via Tablet Banking - Since Emirates Islamic’ s goal is as part of its strategy of being the bank of choice for UAE Nationals, Emirates Islamic launched a fully straight-through processing (STP) solution to source Current and Saving Accounts for UAE Nationals via tablet banking at Emirates Islamic branches, – reducing the turn-around times from two days to 15 minutes.

Partnership - Emirates Islamic became the First Islamic bank in the region to partner with Huawei to launch Emirates Islamic app in Huawei App

ITM Innovation First Teller-Less Branch (Interactive Teller Machine) - First teller-less branch was launched in Mirdif City Centre Branch with interactive teller machines

WhatsApp banking - Emirates Islamic was the First Islamic bank in the world to launch WhatsApp chat-banking

Dynamic Currency Converter – Emirates Islamic became UAE’s First Islamic bank to offer dynamic currency conversion for Visa Card

App Demo feature on mobile banking - Emirates Islamic launched the first demo feature in the region, whereby before registration/login on the mobile app customer can simulate the features available on the app
