Emirates Islamic celebrates 48th UAE National Day

Emirates Islamic, one of the leading Islamic financial institutions in the UAE, marked the 48th UAE National Day at its headquarters in Dubai Healthcare City. Hesham Abdulla Al Qassim, Chairman of Emirates Islamic and Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Emirates NBD; and Salah Amin, Chief Executive Officer of Emirates Islamic, together with a number of key customers and senior management of the bank gathered to renew their oath and pledge allegiance to the country.

Hesham Abdulla Al Qassim, Chairman of Emirates Islamic, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Emirates NBD, said: “As we celebrate the 48th UAE National Day in the Year of Tolerance, we remember the legacy of the late Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, and the rulers of the Emirates who have laid the foundation stone of the UAE’s union to rapidly become one of the most developed countries in the world, with happy citizens, residents and visitors who feel proud of being part of such a nation. On this cherished occasion, we would like to extend our warmest greetings and wishes to His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, and Their Highnesses the Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the Emirates and pray to Allah the Almighty to preserve our beloved country and perpetuate the spirit of the union in the UAE.”
