Precautionary measures to prevent you from fraud. At Emirates Islamic, your security is our top priority.

Be aware of the most common types of fraud and how to keep a check on them.


  • If you suspect you are a victim of SIM Swap, contact your telecom provider and request for a SIM de-activation immediately
  • Keep a close eye on your financial transactions, especially when you are travelling
  • Immediately report such matters to our Call Centre on +971 600 599 995 or e-mail Customercareunit@emiratesislamic.ae in order to block your account/card
  • Never accept help from strangers.
  • If you feel that the card slot has been tampered with, inform our Call Centre immediately on 600 599 995
  • Be discreet when you type in your PIN.
  • Change your password frequently
  • Select a unique password and never share it with anyone.
  • Always verify the URL of our website and check for the security certificate.
  • Never disclose your banking details on phone or email. Report anyone who is asking you for this information.
  • Double check the Emirates Islamic website’s URL to be sure that it is our website
