Branch Queuing Ticket Service

The service allows customers to:

  • Generate a Branch Queuing Ticket.
  • Save an image of the ticket as a photo on their mobile device.
  • Issue one ticket at a single point of time. Another ticket can be generated once the current ticket at hand is announced at the branch.
  • View the total number of people waiting in the branch.

Steps to Issue a Queuing Ticket:

7. An SMS will be sent to the mobile number confirming the issuance of the ticket.

Note: A check box will be displayed at the bottom of the screen with the message "Next time, I want to issue a ticket without logging into the application" - if you click on this text box and tap continue, the service will start appearing on your pre-login screen of the Emirates Islamic Mobile App so you can use this service without logging on anymore. Tap on continue to issue the ticket.

EI Smart Pass

Soon all your Online/Mobile Banking transactions and services will be authenticated only via Smart Pass, a safer and convenient way to conduct online/mobile banking transactions using a 4-digit PIN of your choice.
