General Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern the offer by Emirates Islamic Bank PJSC (the "Bank") to provide a voucher worth AED 750 (the "Voucher") to eligible new-to-bank UAE National customers (the "Cardholder") who apply for an Emirates Islamic Emarati credit card (the "Card") within the specified promotion period.

  1. This Offer is a limited period offer valid for Emarati cards sourced from 10 September 2024 to 31 October 2024 and approved (Disbursed) latest by 10 November 2024
  2. Only new-to-bank UAE national customers are eligible for this offer. Existing Emirates Islamic credit cardholders are not eligible for the offer.Cardholders who have closed any Emirates Islamic credit card within six (6) months preceding the date of the new application are not eligible."
  3. Eligible Cardholders will receive the Voucher via SMS on their registered mobile number in the form of a unique code. The Voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash."
  4. The Voucher may only be redeemed at "www.iStyle.ae" for online purchases of Apple products. "
  5. The Voucher cannot be used for in-store purchases or for any purchases other than those made online at "www.iStyle.ae"."
  6. The Voucher will be valid for a period of three (3) months from the date of issuance."
  7. In order to qualify for the Voucher, the Cardholder must meet the total retail spends criteria of AED 30,000 or more on the Card within sixty (60) days of the Card issuance date. "
  8. If the total retail spends on the Card are less than AED 30,000 within six (6) months of the Card issuance date, the Bank reserves the right to debit the value of the Voucher (AED 750) to the Card account."
  9. For any Card cancellation request within 90 days from issuance, AED 750 will be charged to the Card account.
  10. Spends incurred on Supplementary Cards will be combined with the Primary Card linked to the same account for the purpose of calculating the total retail spends under this offer."
  11. Transactions that are reversed, refunded, or cancelled will be excluded from the calculation of cumulative retail spends. "
  12. Late Payment Charges (Amount donated to charity), Finance Charges, Joining Fee, Annual Membership Fee, Cash Transactions, Credit Vouchers, Balance Transfer Bookings, Dial-a-Cheque, any internal calculations, etc. are excluded for cumulative retail spends calculation. "
  13. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other acquisition offer related to the Card. "
  14. The Bank reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, amend, or discontinue this offer or to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. "
  15. By participating in this offer, the Cardholder agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Bank's General Terms and Conditions. "
  16. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
