Please read the below important notes before you start:
When you defer your installment, the principal amount from the installment will move to the end of the finance tenure. The profit of the deferred month will be added to the next installment.
If you opt for an early settlement, your profit amount will be added to the principal amount.
Make sure you submit your finance deferment request 7 working days before the due date.
Finance deferment will apply from the second installment onwards.
For your security, you will be required to answer a few questions so we can be sure it is you. Have your Account Number or the last 4 digits of your Debit Card Number and your Registered Mobile Number ready.
Your request will be processed within 4 working days. Once this is done, you will receive an SMS with the details of the request on your Registered Mobile Number.
You can avail up to two non-consecutive deferments for Personal and Auto Finance per finance cycle year. Please note that a finance cycle is counted as one year from the first equated monthly installment (EMI).
