• Customers with New Credit Cards: Do not have to wait for 6 months to change billing cycle for the first time.
• You’ll be asked security questions so we can make sure that it’s you. Be prepared with your credit card number and registered mobile number.
• Once you submit, you will receive an SMS with the request details on your registered mobile number and the request will be processed within 3 working days.

Important Note:

• Billing cycle change request cannot be placed between your current billing cycle date & the payment due date (+25 days from billing cycle), both days inclusive.
• Your new billing cycle will be changed after the payment due date and before the next billing cycle date.
• Switch Cashback Credit Card has a fixed statement date which is at the end of every month, therefore request for Billing Cycle Change cannot be requested for this Credit Card.
