The Bank reserves the right to amend the Bank’s General Terms and Conditions (including any relevant applications and documents) by providing you with a 60-day notice in accordance with applicable law and the Bank’s General Terms and Conditions. | |||
The Bank’s General Terms and Conditions (including any relevant applications and documents) shall be read and implemented in line with this KFS. | |||
The Bank may debit the Customer’s account with any fees or actual expenses payable against the investment services rendered in accordance with the approved and announced investment fees and actual expenses, as notified to the Customer from time to time | |||
As part of its regulatory obligation and to protect your interests, the Bank will conduct an Appropriateness and Suitability Assessment, and inform you about investment products that are appropriate and suitable as per your profile. | |||
The cooling-off period allows you to cancel the product within five (5) business days of signing the investment services application form and the Bank will not be able to proceed until this period expires, unless you waive this right. To cancel within this period, you must give the Bank notice. | |||
You may waive your cooling-off period. If you do so, the terms of the agreement between you and us will be immediately effective and binding. Further specific terms apply in respect of the cooling off period for Structured Products, as set out in the additional Terms for Structured Products. | |||
Where a longer cooling-off period is specified in the relevant Product Documentation for a particular Product, the longer period will be applied. | |||
