Definitions:
- “New To Group Salary Transfer Relationship” means a customer must not have had an existing salary transfer relationship with the Emirates NBD Group, including Emirates NBD Bank and Emirates Islamic Bank within the last 6 months prior to the first salary transfer in the Bank.
- “New to Bank Liabilities” means a customer who currently does not have current or savings account with the Bank.
- Existing to Bank Liabilities” means existing current or savings account customers without a salary transfer relationship with the Bank in the last 6 months.
- “Bank” means Emirates Islamic Bank PJSC.
Campaign Enrollment Requirements:
- Existing and new to Bank liabilities customers are required to enroll for this campaign.
Campaign Eligibility for Current or Savings Account (CASA):
- To be eligible for the campaign, the customer must have a New to Group salary transfer relationship.
- New to Bank Liabilities and Existing to Bank Liabilities must enroll in the campaign to qualify for a cash reward.
- Customers who have an active Personal Finance facility at the time of cashback payout will not be eligible for this campaign.
- Existing to Bank Liabilities customer must transfer the first salary and activate EI + mobile banking/online banking and debit card within the campaign period, provided that customer EI + mobile banking/Online banking and debit card are not already active.
- New-to-Bank Liabilities customer must have the first salary credit, first debit card transaction and register for EI + mobile and online banking within 60 days of opening the salary account.
- To be eligible for the campaign, a customer must receive salary credits for three consecutive calendar months. For example, if the first salary is credited in January, then to meet the three consecutive months requirement, two more salary credits will be required in February (2nd consecutive month) and March (3rd consecutive month).
- If salary transfer amounts differ, the lowest salary among the 2nd and 3rd Calendar months will be used to calculate the applicable cashback.
- Campaign Qualified Salary transfer customers will be eligible for additional AED 100 cashback if they open first new Alpha Youth Account within 60 days of the first (1st) salary transfer.
- A salary transfer will only be recognized if it was credited into the account by the customer's employer using the correct method and official channels of the UAE Fund transfer system / wages protection system and recognized channels (acceptable to the Bank); cash credits or cheques or transfers from personal accounts will not be considered as eligible monthly salary.
Credit Card Cashback Eligibility:
- New to Bank account holders are eligible for New to Bank Credit Card cashback if the Credit Card is applied for and disbursed within a maximum period of 60 days of opening the salary transfer account.
- Existing to Bank account holders are eligible if a New to Bank Credit Card is applied and disbursed within a campaign period.
- Customer holding existing Bank Credit Card/s, would not be eligible for cashback applicable on the product.
- In case a customer applies for more than one credit card, first credit card application will be considered.
- Credit Card cashback will only be fulfilled upon meeting the required retail spend conditions within 60 days of credit card disbursal. Disputed and reversed transactions will not be considered in spend calculations.
- Only CASA Campaign qualified customer will only be eligible for credit card cashback.
- Emarati and Amazon credit card are excluded from this offer.
General Terms:
- Salary accounts and credit cards should be disbursed and active at the time of cashback fulfillment. Cashback will be processed within 60 days of meeting the salary transfer eligibility criteria. Cashback will be credited in the salary account.
- Rates benefits will be applicable based on the customer's segment, their eligibility and capacity to avail a credit card facility as per the Bank's credit policy and Central Bank of UAE regulations.
- This Campaign is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, campaigns or offers of the Bank.
- The Bank shall not entertain claims or liability, or responsibility related to any benefit / rewards / claims or in respect of any services and products provided under the benefit / rewards by third-party supplier(s).
- This Campaign, its terms and conditions including its eligibility criteria is being designed and launched by the Bank, which the bank reserve its right and to withdraw, amend or change it at any time.
- Emirates Islamic staff are not eligible for this campaign.

The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any customer who has received a salary enrollment cash reward from the Bank within the last 12 months at the time of fulfillment.
The Bank reserves the right to reverse the full salary cashback amount if the account doesn't receive any eligible salary credit for more than three (3) consecutive calendar months within twelve (12) months period following the month in which the salary transfer account cashback was credited.
