Win an AED 30,000 Travel Voucher Prize Draw

Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Ten (10) winners will each be awarded a travel voucher valued at AED 30,000, redeemable through Emirates Holidays.
2. The campaign period will commence on 1 June 2025 and conclude on 31 July 2025 (both dates inclusive).
3. Customers will earn one (1) raffle entry for every AED 500 in cumulative local spend made using an Emirates Islamic Visa Debit Card.
4. Customers will earn three (3) raffle entries for every AED 500 in cumulative international spend made using an Emirates Islamic Visa Debit Card.
5. Customers who credit their salary to an Emirates Islamic account and meet a minimum spend threshold of AED 500 during the campaign period will be awarded five (5) additional raffle entries. Customers enrolled under the Employee Banking program will receive ten (10) additional entries upon meeting the same criteria.
6. Eligible transactions include all retail and online purchases, whether conducted locally or internationally, made using Emirates Islamic Visa Debit Cards.
7. Only cumulative spends posted during the campaign period shall be considered.
8. Reversed or cancelled transactions, ATM cash withdrawals, and any applicable bank fees or charges are excluded from spend calculations and shall not contribute toward raffle eligibility.
9. The prize draw will take place within thirty (30) calendar days from the campaign end date and will be conducted under the supervision of the relevant authority at the Department of Economic Development (DED).
10. The 10 winners will be awarded the prize within 30 days after the draw date.
11. This campaign is exclusively applicable to Emirates Islamic Visa Debit Cards issued to individual customers and explicitly excludes business banking debit cards.
12. Only UAE residents are eligible for this campaign.

Travel Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. The awarded travel voucher is issued in collaboration with Emirates Holidays and is governed by Emirates Holidays’ general Terms and Conditions.
2. The voucher entitles the winner to select any destination within the Emirates Holidays network, with full flexibility on travel dates.
3. The voucher shall remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issuance.
4. Redemption is limited to complete holiday packages only, including flights and hotel accommodations. Additional land arrangements may also be included.
5. The full value of the voucher must be utilized in a single transaction. Partial use is not permitted, and any unused balance shall be forfeited without refund.
6. Should the selected package exceed the voucher value, the winner is responsible for paying the difference. Conversely, if the package cost is lower than the voucher amount, the balance will not be refunded.
7. Vouchers are non-replaceable in cases of loss, theft, or damage.
8. Travel must originate from Dubai.
9. Redemption is restricted to the individual whose name is printed on the voucher.
10. Only UAE residents are eligible to claim and redeem the voucher.
11. The winner can redeem the voucher from Emirates Holiday branches or their call center.
12. Emirates Holidays’ full Terms and Conditions shall apply to all bookings and redemptions made under this campaign.
