To apply for the Emirates Islamic Prepaid Card you have to follow this simple process.

Sign up: Apply by visiting your nearest Emirates Islamic branch
Activate: once you receive the card, you can generate a PIN by contacting our call centre 600 599 995
Ready for use : now load and reload your card as per your convenience at any EI branch cash deposit machine or simply through your online banking account

Set up your ATM PIN by calling our Contact Centre at 600 599 995
Select the option for Activation of your Prepaid Card
Select the option for not having Authorization Code
Wait for our Contact Centre agent to verify your account, who will send you an Authorization Code
Call our Contact Centre again after you receive the Authorization Code on your mobile
Select the option for Activation of your Prepaid Card
Select the option for having Authorization Code
Input the information as requested
Setup your PIN and start using the card!

Recharge your Prepaid Card at any Emirates Islamic branch, through Online Banking, or at any of our CDMs.
While recharging through the CDM or through Online Banking you will need to also use your Savings Account number that is printed on your card.
While submitting cash through the CDM you can either insert your card or input the Account Number for the cash top up to work.
Top up your Prepaid Card with funds by selecting Cards, Prepaid, Services, Top up card, Enter the amount and Confirm.
Once the Prepaid top up is successful, the loaded amount can’t be transferred back to your Account.
