Apply for a Multi Trip Travel Insurance

If you have an Emirates Islamic Credit or Debit Visa Infinite/Signature Card and purchase your air ticket using your card, you are eligible for multi-trip travel insurance.

To apply for multi trip insurance and print your insurance certificate, please visit cardholderbenefitsonline.com

Important!

You are only eligible for travel insurance coverage if you purchase your ticket with your credit card.

Claim Your Travel Insurance

For any claims, please email creditcardclaims@crawco.me with the following information:

Your name and address
The first 9 digits of your covered card number
The policy or section under which the claim applies
Brief details of the claim

You can use the online claim option at newclaimsportal.crawco.co.uk/AspireVisa/login or by clicking on “File a Claim” on the CEMEA insurance portal cardholderbenefitsonline.com

You will need to create an account to log in to the claims portal. You can then check the status of each claim submitted.

Fees and Charges

There are no fees or charges for travel insurance or for printing your certificate.

FAQs

Does the travel insurance also apply on supplementary cards?

All primary and supplementary cardholders holding an eligible Emirates Islamic Visa Infinite/Signature Card are covered by the travel insurance.

What should I do if the insurer is not honouring the travel insurance on my card?

Please refer to the Terms & Conditions which you can view on cardholderbenefitsonline.com, and which contain reductions, limitations, exclusions and termination provisions. You can also read the FAQs in the “Travel Insurance” section of the CEMEA Insurance portal.
