The ALPHA Youth Account comes with a Debit Card that has controlled spending limits to ensure safe and secure banking experience.

These limits apply to:

• Daily Cash Withdrawal Limit is AED 500
• Daily POS Limit is AED 5,000

Parents or guardians can easily decrease these limits at any time through the EI + Mobile Banking App or by contacting us anytime on 600 599 995 (within the UAE) or on +971 600 599 995 (outside the UAE)

The legal guardian for the ALPHA Youth Account is the child’s parent or custodianship of the child, who is legally authorized to open and manage the account on behalf of the minor. Only the parent can open the account and manage its settings and controls. Account can be opened through EI+ Mobile app or branches. However, if the account is being opened by a legal female guardian, it must be done at a branch.

Yes, your child can access their ALPHA Youth Account through a dedicated youth-friendly digital banking experience. However, key controls and settings remain with the parent or legal guardian, to ensure safe and supervised account use.

It depends on the number of children the parent has. Each child is eligible for one account only under his/her name.

The minor account will be automatically migrated to an Alpha Youth Account once the eligibility criteria are met.
