Terms and Conditions

The ALPHA Family Boost campaign is applicable only to new-to-bank customers opening a new ALPHA Youth Account during the Campaign period. Customer with existing ALPHA Youth Account will not qualify for the cashback reward.
The ALPHA Youth Account must remain active and maintain a minimum balance of AED 5,000 continuously for a period of 30 days during the campaign period.
Eligible customers will receive one cashback reward only during the Campaign period.
Parents/guardians of eligible customers will receive double entry into the Kunooz Scholarship draw during the Campaign period with an average Kunooz Millionaire Account balance of AED 5,000 over a period of 1 month.
This campaign is not valid with conjunction with any other promotions, campaigns or offers of the bank.
Cashback will be processed for eligible customers within 30 days after each qualifying month and will be credited to the child’s ALPHA Youth Account.
