Reset or change your Smart Pass PIN

Change or reset your Smart Pass PIN anytime via Mobile Banking

If you’ve forgotten your Smart Pass PIN, or just need to change it for security reasons, don’t worry, just follow the steps below to reset or change your PIN anytime.

Change your Smart Pass PIN

You should change your Smart Pass PIN if you have security concerns, or if someone else has had access to it. To change your PIN, you need to know the old one. If you don’t, simply reset the PIN instead.

Steps to change your Smart Pass PIN:

  • Log in to the Mobile Banking App.
  • Click on the Main Menu on the top left of the App.
  • Select Settings > Security Center.
  • Answer your Secret Questions and Continue.
  • Select Change Smart Pass PIN.
  • Enter your old Smart Pass PIN.
  • Set your new PIN and Confirm.

Your request will be processed instantly.

Reset your Smart Pass PIN/Reactivate Smart Pass

If you’ve forgotten your Smart Pass PIN, don’t worry, just reset it by following the simple steps below:

  • Launch the Mobile Banking App.
  • Tap on Smart Pass on home screen.
  • Select Forgot PIN/Reactivate and it will again go through the Smart Pass activation process (after login).

Your request will be processed instantly.



It will be valid for 15 minutes after which you will need to reset it.

You can request up to 3 Authentication Codes within 15 minutes. If you’ve made three unsuccessful attempts, just wait for 15 minutes before you request a new Code.

If you enter the wrong Authentication Code 3 times consecutively, you'll be logged out of Mobile Banking and you’ll have to start the process again.
