Select the ‘Gift EI SmartMiles’ Option on your EI Rewards Mobile App.
Enter the number of EI SmartMiles you would like to share and a custom message.
A unique link will be generated for you to share with your loved ones via message, WhatsApp or Email to the desired recipient.
Once the recipient clicks on the link, the already installed EI Rewards App opens on their device and they get a pop up notification to accept the gifted EI SmartMIles.
On accepting, the gifted EI SmartMiles will reflect on their loyalty account and a success notification will pop up.
Additional Notes:
The recipient must be an existing EI SmartMiles Loyalty member and must have the EI Rewards App installed on their device. If they don’t have the app they will be redirected to Play store or App store to download the EI Rewards App or they must apply for Emirates Islamic Flex Elite, Emarati or Flex Platinum Credit Card to enroll to the EI SmartMiles Loyalty program.
EI SmartMiles once gifted and accepted by receiver cannot be reversed back.
A particular unique link can only be shared with one receiver, if shared with multiple users the person to first accept the link will be awarded with the gift EI SmartMiles.
The link shared with the recipient will be valid only for 24 hours & the recipient will not receive the gifted EI SmartMiles if the link is used after 24 hours.
The gifted EI SmartMiles will only be deducted from your account if the link is clicked & the gifted EI SmartMiles are accepted by the recipient.
