  • Easy Payment Plan for Credit Cards – Cancel your credit card with a reduced profit rate over a set period of time.
  • Balance Conversion – Keep your credit card active with a reduced profit rate.
  • Settlement Plans – Close your account early with a reduced amount.
  • Payment Deferment (finance products) – Allows you to defer a payment if you’re not able to pay that month.
  • Finance Restructuring – Allows you to extend your repayment tenure or reduce your profits rates.

It’s important to address this as soon as possible since non-payment of amounts owed on a timely basis will result in accumulation of monthly profit charges and fees; as well as affect your credit history with the Al Etihad Credit Bureau. On the other hand, paying your debts on time will help maintain your credit score and avoid any further impact to your credit worthiness.

Emirates Islamic empowers outsourced vendors for carrying out collection activities on its behalf. The vendors are authorised to engage with the delinquent customers for collection of the pending dues which the Customers upon reaching a Settlement on their liability/ties should deposit the agreed settlement amount as per the Settlement Letter furnished by the Bank.
