Yes, you can visit your nearest Emirates Islamic branch and we will be happy to assist you. Fees may apply depending on your banking package:

You can add a beneficiary and make a transfer immediately. However, if your device is not trusted, there is a limit of AED 5,000.

The time it takes for your transfer to arrive depends on:

  • The location of the sender bank and the time it takes to process a transfer
  • The currency of the transfer
  • The time it takes for the transfer to reach Emirates Islamic

Most banks usually process local transfers within 2 working days and international transfers within 5 working days.

If you have not received the expected transfer, you should first check with the sender that they have used the correct account details and that their bank has successfully processed the transfer.

We can also help you determine the status of a processed transfer. To do this, we need proof of payment, e.g. a transfer slip or bank statement for local transfers or a copy of an MT103 for international transfers, which contains the following information:

- Name and account details of the sender
- Date of the transfer
- Country of the sender and currency of the transfer
- Transfer amount

Your transfer will be processed on the first following working day.
