Transfers in EUR, HKD and SGD will be credited in near real time.
Transfers in AUD which are initiated after 1pm GST will be credited the next working day.
Transfers to non-banking institutions, wallets or virtual IBAN numbers might take longer subject to procession at the beneficiary bank.
QuickRemit transfer requests received between 11:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. shall be processed by 8:00 a.m. (UAE time)

No correspondent bank charges for transfers upto the below limits.

Europe (EUR)** – Up to EUR 15,000 - All Banks
Hong Kong (HKD) – Up to HKD 15,000 - All Banks
Singapore (SGD) – Up to SGD 15,000 - All Banks

Charges may apply for transfers above the mentioned thresholds across all 4 currencies.

An equivalent of AED100/- is the minimum amount.

Transfers upto the below thresholds will be remitted as Quick Remit:

Yes, these details are required depending on the country you are remitting money to.

Once the beneficiary is added, there is no need to add the beneficiary again.

If you are subscribed to SMS alerts, then you will receive SMS notification as well as an email alert.

In case of customer error, funds will be credited back to the client at the existing rate.
In case of bank error, funds will be reversed to the client at the historical rate.
If there is a system error, transfer will be reinitiated by the bank, failing which, funds will be credited to the client at historical rate.
