Steps to open ALPHA Youth Account

Step 1
Open your EI+ Mobile Banking App and apply for ALPHA Youth Account.

Step 2
Register your child’s details, then upload your child’s Emirates ID and Passport copy.

Step 3
Your child's account will be verified and activated, and the Debit Card will be delivered to you.(Make sure your child’s Emirates ID is available upon card collection)

Step 4
Download EI + Mobile Banking App on your child’s device.

Step 5
Select “Register for ALPHA Youth Account”.

Step 6
Generate QR code (Parent/Guardian) on your device for the registration process.

Step 7
Use the EI+ Mobile Banking App on your child’s device to scan the QR code.

Step 8
That’s It. So easy! Your child can now start using the EI+ Mobile Banking App.
