As part of our "Go Green" initiative we will start sending your Account statements in e-Statement format only in the coming months.

The bank is moving customers to Account e-statement in the coming months
Your e-Statement will be sent from Estatement@emiratesislamic.ae. If you receive the e-statement in your Junk folder, please mark it as "Not Junk".
Your e-Statement will be sent on the 1st of every month.
You can change your registered email address for your e-statement by visiting the nearest branch, or logging into Online Banking and clicking on My Information Tab > Profile Information >Personal Details or calling 600 599 995.
