Eligibility criteria and program design

The program is designed exclusively for UAE Nationals that fall under the below criteria:

  • Holder of a Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • No banking experience is required and preferably fresh to the workforce environment
  • Must pass the Bedaya Assessment
  • Willing to join a 12-months introduction to the workplace program

Dynamics of the program

Throughout the 12-months journey, Bedaya participants are expected to learn the foundation of their targeted role and skills required to succeed.

  • Hands-on experience: Departmental exposure to apply their learning in real-world scenarios
