Access to EI Business is provided to customers who are contacted by the bank regarding their move to the new platform. If you have not yet received an email, your move will be scheduled at a later stage. Reach out to your Relationship Manager or Client Services for further details.

Yes. EI Business is built with enhanced security by design. It includes identity verification, Smart Pass PIN authentication, face recognition and optional biometric login to help ensure secure access and approvals.
