To update your preferences of receiving marketing & communications from Emirates Islamic, please follow the steps below via the EI + Mobile Banking App.
Step 1
Log in to the EI + Mobile Banking App using your credentials (User ID/Email ID and password or biometric login).

Step 2
Navigate to Profile and settings from the main home page.

Step 3
Choose Preferences.

Step 4
View the list of communication channels (SMS, Email, Phone, Push Notifications).

Step 5
Select ON/OFF to choose the channels you wish to receive marketing and promotional updates from Emirates Islamic.

By updating your preferences to receive marketing communication, you would be up to date on:
