A. Auto Top-Up Facility


If you’re tired of queuing up at RTA stations to recharge your Nol Chip or forgetting to make a payment towards recharging it, the Emirates Islamic RTA Credit Card has you covered. With the Auto Top-Up Facility, your Nol Chip linked to the card will be recharged with the specified amount every time it reduces to a threshold of AED 20 for the Platinum Card.

  • Activate the Auto Top-Up Facility at the time of application or by calling 600 599 995 if you wish to enable it later.
  • A new card will be issued when activated later, and a replacement fee will apply as per the Schedule of Charges.
  • Auto Top-Up Plans available:
    1. Choose from any of the three Auto top-up plans, AED 50, AED 100, or AED 200 at the time of application.
    2. The Auto Top-Up option takes payment from your Credit Card, utilizing your credit limit. All Auto Top-Ups are included in your monthly Credit Card statement.
    3. The Auto Top-Up amount reflects on the Nol Chip upon tapping the card at RTA Metro gates or inserting it at Parking Meters.
    4. RTA allows a maximum stored value of AED 500 on the Nol Chip. The top-up will only reflect if the Nol limit accommodates the top-up amount; otherwise, it remains on hold until the limit is released.
  • Auto Top-Up Cancellation
    1. You can cancel your Auto Top-Up Facility anytime.
    2. Call 600 599 995 or visit any RTA Ticket Office at Metro Stations.
    3. Your card will be replaced with a new one, and a replacement fee will apply as per the Emirates Islamic Service and Price Guide.

B: Manual Top-Up Facility


You can top up your Emirates Islamic RTA Credit Card manually through various channels.
