The Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) is a video-based interactive technology that allows customers to make transactions and banking services driven by a centrally based teller, in a highly engaging real-time video and audio interaction.
Use our network of ITMs and spend less time in the branch and more time doing the things you enjoy.
Operating Hours:
Our ITMs are operating Monday to Saturday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, and Sunday from 1:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
On Friday, the service is not available between 12:30 pm and 3:00 pm due to prayer break.
You can perform the following transactions and services at our ITMs:
Note: Non-Emirates Islamic account holders are only able to cash Emirates Islamic cheques and deposit funds into Emirates Islamic accounts.
The maximum amount for a transaction through one of our ITMs is up to AED 200,000 for cheque encashment, AED 150,000 for cash withdrawal and AED 100,000 for cash deposit.
You need to present a valid Emirates ID to make a transaction through an Emirates Islamic ITM.
Yes, you can. The amount debited from your account will be the same as the amount of the cheque. However, the cash you receive will be rounded up to the nearest 25 fils.
Cash withdrawals and cheque encashment are available in denominations of AED 5, 10, 50, 100, 500 and AED 1, files 25 and 50 coins. Cash deposits are only available in the above denominations and not in coins.
No, you can make one transaction per session.
