Disability Friendly Branches

We have transformed our infrastructure to meet the needs of people of determination.

The following Emirates Islamic branches are equipped with accessible infrastructure to serve people of determination: Nad Al Hamar, Al Barsha Mall, Al Warqa City Mall, Dubai Healthcare City, Al Twar, Nakheel Mall, Al Wasl Road, Halwan – Sharjah, and Ajman branch.

Facilities at our disability friendly branches include:

Dedicated parking
Ramps with handrails
Disability friendly sliding doors
Low-height ATMs, teller desks and cheque writing counters
Tactile floor indicators
Directional signage for the disabled, including Braille signage
Dedicated waiting areas
Priority queueing
Interactive ATMs and CDMs
