Log in to the Emirates Islamic Mobile Banking App using our secure Touch ID or Face ID without the need to enter your username and password.

Enable Touch ID and Face ID

Access your Account through Mobile Banking easily without having to enter your username and password every time by enabling our secure Touch ID or Face ID features.

Follow these simple steps to enable Touch ID and Face ID now:

  • Log in to Mobile Banking
  • Click on the Main Menu on the top left of the App
  • Under Settings > Security Center, answer your Secret Questions and click on Continue
  • Click on Enable Touch ID /Face ID and select the service you want to enable it for
    • Touch ID or Face ID for Login allows you to log in to Mobile Banking without having to enter your username and password
    • Touch ID or Face ID for Favorite Account allows you to view details about your favorite account without having to log in to Mobile Banking
    • Touch ID or Face ID for Smart Pass allows you to authorise the Online/Mobile Banking transactions or generate Smart Pass tokens without having to enter your Smart Pass PIN
  • Accept the Terms and Conditions and click on Continue
  • Authorise the change with Smart Pass or the SMS Authentication Code sent to your registered mobile number
