You can redeem your Skywards Miles for flights, ticket upgrades or at Emirates Skywards partner merchants

Skywards Miles can be redeemed for a wide range of rewards, including flights with Emirates, flydubai, and other partner airlines, upgrades on Emirates flights, hotel stays, excursions, and shopping.

Once your Miles have been credited to your Emirates Skywards account, you can log in to your account to redeem them.

I have multiple Emirates Skywards Accounts. To which account will my Skywards Miles be transferred?

Your Skywards Miles are credited to the Emirates Skywards account you provided us with when you set up your Card. If you wish to change this account, please contact our 24-hour Call Centre on +971 600 599 995.

For how long will my Skywards Miles be valid?

This is subject to the Emirates Skywards Terms and Conditions.

Can I earn miles on all types of transactions with my Skywards credit card?

You can only earn miles for retail spends with your card. You cannot earn miles for transactions such as Cash on Call, Cash Advances, Bank Fees and Charges, Balance Transfers etc.

Will I lose the rewards I have earned if my card is replaced?

No, you will not lose your rewards as the Skywards Miles earned will be transferred to your Skywards Miles account and the same account will also be linked to your new Emirates Islamic Card.
