Is airport lounge access free of charge for children?

The applicability of lounge or merchant access for children varies depending on the policies of the respective lounge or merchant. It is at the discretion of the respective lounge or merchant whether children are allowed access to the lounges or merchants. Please check the terms and conditions of the lounge you wish to visit.

Do I need to enroll for complimentary airport lounge access with my debit or credit card?

You do not need to register before visiting the lounge. Simply present your Emirates Islamic Credit or Debit Card to the lounge staff so they can process your visit. Please note that the benefits of airport lounge access vary depending on your credit or debit card.

Do supplementary cardholders get airport lounge access?

Airport lounge access is only available to supplementary cardholders of the eligible Emirates Islamic Credit Cards.

What if I am denied access to lounge?

If your card is eligible for complimentary access to a particular lounge and you’ve been denied access, please contact our 24-hour Call Centre on +971 600 599 995 and we’ll be happy to help.
