1. The Offer is valid for all customers who have applied for a new Skywards Black Card under the Skywards Black Card campaign from 11 May 2026 to 31 August 2026 and card is issued before 10 September 2026.
2. The offer campaign miles are inclusive of any other Welcome Bonus offered on the Emirates Islamic Skywards Black Covered Card.
3. The one-time welcome bonus miles will be awarded:
   • Within 45 days from the Annual Membership Fee & campaign joining fee payment date.
   • The Card should be activated within 30 days of card open date.
4. Additional Skyward Miles will be awarded within (45) days of successfully achieving the minimum spend threshold as mentioned above for the respective card within first (3) months of card account opening.
5. All retail transactions that are posted into the card member’s monthly statement will be included for calculation of cumulative retail spending.
6. ‘FX Spends’ will include only retail spends made in foreign currency (i.e. in non-AED currency only)
7. Transactions that are reversed or cancelled will not be included in the Offer.
8. Commitment to donate, Profit, Joining Fee, Annual Membership Fee, Cash Transactions, Credit Vouchers, Balance Transfer Bookings, Dial-a-Cheque, any internal calculations, etc. are excluded for cumulative retail spends calculation and from the Miles calculation.
9. Existing Skywards card holders or customers who have cancelled their card in last (6) months are not eligible for this Offer (Skywards Black Card Campaign).
10. Customers are not eligible to receive bonus miles if they meet the spend criteria but fail to make the minimum payments due against their Card.
11. Emirates Islamic reserves the right to change or cancel any or all of the promotion/Offer terms and conditions without giving any prior notice to Applicant.
12. Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion.

1. Offer period is from 11 June 2026 to 31 August 2026 (both dates inclusive).
2. By applying for any Emirates Skywards UAE Co-branded Covered Card in connection with this offer, you agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions and the Emirates Skywards Programme Rules.
3. Offer includes Bonus Tier Miles on applying for and being issued any Emirates Skywards UAE co-branded covered card during the campaign.
4. Only successful card applications completed by the end of the offer period will qualify for the bonus Tier Miles offer.
5. Members eligible for the campaign will be qualified to receive bonus Tier Miles along with the bonus Skywards Miles provided by Emirates Skywards Covered Cards.
6. Each targeted member is eligible to earn the bonus Tier Miles only once under this offer, even if they apply for multiple Skywards UAE co-branded cards.
7. The maximum number of bonus Tier Miles that an Emirates Skywards member can earn from this campaign is 20,000 (5,000 on acquisition and 15,000 on card spend).
8. Bonus Tier Miles will be credited to the members’ accounts within 60 days from the end of the offer period.
9. Any disputes in regard with the promotion rewards should be raised within two months from the end of the offer.
10. Members can earn bonus Tier Miles from this offer in conjunction with earning Tier Miles from Co-branded spend initiative. 
11. Qualifying members who are rewarded in this campaign with bonus Tier Miles by taking up any of the Emirates Skywards Co-branded Covered Cards need to keep the new Emirates Skywards Co-branded Covered Card for at least three months else the bonus Tier Miles will be revoked.
