Terms and Conditions

Campaign Construct:

Customers making a transaction of AED 5,000 or above win an entry in a draw and get a chance to win an iPhone Duo or a cashback of AED 500.
20 Customers will get a chance to win iPhone Duo and 40 Customers will be selected to win AED 500 Cashback.

Campaign T&Cs:

Campaign Period: 1st October – 30th November 2026.
Valid for all Customers having an active CASA Account.
Only eligible foreign currency transfers, including outward international foreign currency transfers and account-to-account foreign currency transfers, are covered under this campaign.
Every foreign exchange transaction of value AED 5,000 equivalent or more will be considered as an eligible transaction.
Each eligible transaction will be considered as an entry into the draw.
The greater the number of transfers, more the number of chances for the customer to win a reward.
Customers will get bonus entries based on the total no. of eligible transactions and the total volume done by the customer during the campaign period.

Multiple transactions get multiple entries in the draw. However, each winner is eligible for 1 reward prize only.
All channels are eligible for this campaign, i.e. Online Banking, EI + Mobile Banking app, Branch Network, businessONLINE, etc.
Winners will be announced within 30 days after the campaign end date.
The cashback reward amount will be credited in customer’s primary Emirates Islamic active Bank Account within 15 working days of the winner’s announcement.
The iPhone Duo Winners will be contacted on their registered mobile number / email ID with the bank within 15 working days of the Winners announcement.
Currency exchange and Sukuk Investment/Liquidation transactions are excluded.
Staff accounts are excluded.
The Offer is applicable only to selected customers, the initial recipients of this email offer.
Transactions that are rejected, reversed or cancelled will not be included in the Offer.
The Bank reserves its right to amend or change these terms and conditions.
