The Premium Dining Edition by SupperClub (“Program”) is a dining benefit available to eligible Visa Infinite, Visa Infinite Privilege, and Visa Private cardholders in the Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa

1. Program Overview

(CEMEA) region.

The Program provides access to dining discounts and/or complimentary benefits at participating restaurants in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), Turkey, France, Italy, the United Kingdom, Kuwait, Jordan, Egypt, Qatar, Singapore, Bahrain, and Oman, when reservations are made through the Visa Airport Companion App.
The Program is provided and managed by Superclubme now portal (“Provider”) who is responsible for provision and redemption of the offers, management of cardholder accounts and consents, as well as customer support. Capitalized terms used in these Terms shall have meanings assigned to them in the VAC Terms.

2. Eligibility

The Program is available exclusively to Visa Infinite, Visa Infinite Privilege, and Visa Private cardholders holding an Eligible Card.
Eligibility is determined automatically based on the Visa card registered in the Visa Airport Companion App.
The registered Eligible Card must be valid and in good standing at the time of booking and payment.

3. Program Validity

The Program is valid until 31 January 2027, unless extended, modified, or terminated earlier by Visa.
Individual restaurant offers may be subject to availability periods, blackout dates, or additional conditions, which will be clearly stated within the offer details in the app.

4. Access and Booking

All offers must be accessed and booked exclusively through the Visa Airport Companion App.
Cardholders must complete registration on the app and add their Eligible Card to view available dining offers.
Walk-in diners and reservations made outside the Visa Airport Companion App are not eligible for Program benefits.
No booking charges will be applied to cardholders of Eligible Cards.

5. Redemption Mechanics

After selecting an offer, cardholders must complete the reservation process as outlined in the app.
A booking confirmation will be sent by Provider to the cardholder via email.
Upon arrival at the restaurant, cardholders must reference the booking name.
Payment must be made using the same eligible Visa card for the discount or benefit to apply.

6. Discounts and Benefits

Offers may include discounts starting from 15% off the total bill and/or complimentary items such as a welcome drink, dessert, or starter, depending on the participating venue.
Discounts and benefits are applied automatically in accordance with the offer terms when payment is made with the Eligible Card.
The exact benefit, exclusions, and conditions vary by restaurant and are specified within each individual offer.

7. Advance Booking Requirements

Advance booking is mandatory for most venues.
Booking lead times vary by restaurant and may range from same-day bookings to 24–72 hours in advance.
Failure to comply with a venue’s booking requirements may result in the offer being declined.

8. Guest Policy

Cardholders may book for the number of guests permitted under the offer, and all guests included in the reservation may receive the applicable discount or benefit.
Any restaurant-specific guest limitations will be clearly stated within the individual offer terms.

9. Exclusions and Limitations

Offers may not be valid during public holidays, special events, or peak periods, as determined by the participating restaurant.
Discounts typically apply to food and beverages only and may exclude taxes, service charges, gratuities, or selected menu items, unless otherwise stated.
Offers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, loyalty programs, or vouchers, unless explicitly specified.

10. Changes and Availability

Participating restaurants, offers, and benefits are subject to change, substitution, or withdrawal at any time without prior notice.
Provider and Visa do not guarantee the availability of any specific restaurant or offer.

11. Liability and Responsibility

Any queries regarding the offers, their terms, validity or redemptions as well as any disputes relating to dining experiences must be resolved directly with the participating restaurant or Provider.
Visa does not own, operate, or manage participating restaurants and is not responsible for the quality of goods or services provided.
Visa shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation in the Program, except where required by applicable law.

12. General

Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any additional terms specified within individual offers.
Provider and Visa reserve the right to amend these Terms or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
