An authorization of AED 1 will be made on your card as a confirmation of your service for which you will receive an SMS alert on your registered mobile number. However, this amount will not reflect in your card statement.

Etihad Guest Card: Benefit available only when Etihad airways transaction is done within last 6 months of booking date using Emirates Islamic Etihad Guest Credit Card & the Etihad flight is scheduled on the date of requested airport transfer (+/-12 hours).

Skywards Black Card: Benefit available only when Emirates airlines transaction is done within last 6 months of booking date using Emirates Islamic Skywards Black Credit Card & the Emirates flight is scheduled on the date of requested airport transfer (+/-12 hours).

A one-way airport transfer is considered as a drop.

Serviceable locations include: City limits for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah & Al Ain only.

Yes, Supplementary Card can also avail the offer. However please note, the maximum complimentary services per calendar year is 4 times including primary & supplementary cards.
