More Smiles with EI SmartMiles - Terms and Conditions

Bonus Smiles will only be issued on the 1^st transaction made during the campaign period, for SmartMiles to Smiles transactions.
If multiple transactions are made on the same day (from SmartMiles to Smiles) of the 1st transaction day, only the 1st transaction would be considered to earn the 20% bonus Smiles points.
Members must be a Smiles member in order to convert points from SmartMiles to Smiles.
The offer is valid from 5 April to 14 April 2024.
Once converted to Smiles, EI SmartMiles cannot be converted back.
20% Bonus Smiles will be added to the customer’s account up to 10 working days after the campaign end date.
Once converted, the general terms and conditions of Smiles apply.
Minimum redemption of 7,500 EI SmartMiles to Smiles.
Smiles reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the promotion or modify or alter the terms and conditions of such promotion at any time.
Participation under this promotion is purely voluntary for the members.
