About Corporate Banking
As part of our efforts to provide you with a secure and convenient banking experience, we have amended the policies for Cash Deposits on Emirates Islamic Cash Deposit Machines (CDMs).
Going forward, customers who do not use their Debit/Credit card on Cash Deposit Machine while depositing cash into their Account or Credit Card are required to enter their Emirates ID to proceed with their deposit.

Furthermore, in line with our Compliance guidelines, daily deposit limits are being introduced for depositing cash into Emirates NBD and Emirates Islamic Accounts using Cash Deposit Machines. In addition, these limits will also be applicable while depositing cash into Emirates NBD Account using the Bulk Deposit Machines located in selected branches.
These daily limits will be applicable on a cumulative basis across each month, therefore also setting a maximum deposit amount allowed on monthly basis. Customers are however to be advised on the daily limit and not on the monthly limit.
In case customer exceeds the allowed limit, the CDM will display that information advising customer to visit the nearest branch if he wishes to deposit further. At the branch, customer will be expected to substantiate the source of funds as per the existing policy.
Selected customers might be assigned different limits from the above as defined by Segment teams and Group Compliance.
