1. When will I get the statement credit of  200?

 200 will be credited on meeting the spend criteria of  10,000 within 60 days from the card issuance date.

2. Once I meet the spend criteria, within how many days will the amount be credited into my credit card?

Once the spend criteria is met,  200 will be credited within 30 days.

3. What happens if I miss the spend criteria?

If you don't meet the spend criteria, then you will not be eligible for the statement credit.

4. What happens if miss the 60 days criteria?

If you miss meeting the spend criteria within 60 days from the card issuance date, then you will not be eligible for the statement credit of  200.

1. How much cashback will I earn on Fuel spends, in a month?

You will earn 10% cashback on Fuel spends, capped to  75 per month with effect from 1 April 2024.

2. How do I redeem the cashback earned through Fuel spends?

It will be automatically credited to your credit card account. Cashback will reflect in the next month's statement.

3. Is there any spend condition, to earn the 10% cashback on fuel spends?

There is no minimum spend criteria on the earning the cashback.

4. Do I earn EI SmartMiles as well for Fuel spends?

No. For Fuel Spends, you will only earn cashback points and not EI SmartMiles.

1. How do I login to EI SmartMiles Portal?

You need to register yourself on the portal. Registration is a very simple, two-step process:

Step 1: Visit www.eirewards.ae, click on 'Activate' and enter your loyalty account number, Date of Birth and Name on your Credit card.
Step 2: Activate your account by setting up your login id and password. We recommend that you take a few minutes to browse the portal to discover the power of EI SmartMiles.

2. Where do I find my EI SmartMiles Loyalty number?

It will be mentioned on the face of your credit card, below your name.

3. How does Instant Purchase work?

Instant Purchase allows you to redeem your EI SmartMiles from any outlet or online site in the world. All you have to do is use your EI SmartMiles against your next purchase and pay for your chosen item with the Emirates Islamic Expo Credit Card. Before making the payment enable the Instant Purchase feature in your EI SmartMiles online or mobile app account and then make a purchase at your chosen shop or online site, for example buy your morning coffee with your EI SmartMiles for as little as 2,000 miles. After 5 days the EI SmartMiles amount will be deducted from your account and a statement credit will be posted onto your Expo Credit Card.

4. What purchases are defined as Expo & Emaar outlet spends?

Purchases made at Expo & Emaar Retail outlets will be defined based on the merchant Ids. Few of the Emaar Retail outlets are Dubai Mall, Marina Mall, Emaar Entertainment.

5. On Birthdays, how many EI SmartMiles will I earn?

On Birthdays, customers will earn 5 EI SmartMiles per  1 spend. For example:

Example 1: On Emaar spends customers will earn 5(3+2) EI SmartMiles
Example 2: On supermarket spends customers will earn 5(0.3+4.7) EI SmartMiles

1. How much cashback will I earn on Expo ticket purchase?

Emirates Islamic EXPO cardholders earn a 50% cashback on the first EXPO 2020 Dubai ticket transaction. Maximum cashback a cardholder can earn is up to  350. Cashback will be credited in the form of EI SmartMiles. For Example:

Example 1: If you buy a ticket worth  450, you will get  225 back (in the form of 22,500 EI SmartMiles).
Example 1: If you buy a ticket worth  450, you will get  225 back (in the form of 22,500 EI SmartMiles). However, if you do another transaction of  400, then you will not earn any cashback, as it is applicable only on the first transaction.

2. How will the EI Smartmiles earned by purchasing the Expo ticket, reflect in my EI SmartMiles account?

It will be credited separately as a bonus in your EI SmartMiles account.

3. How many Valet parking services can I utilize in a month at Expo site?

You can enjoy one complimentary valet parking service per month at Expo site.

4. Is there any spend criteria to utilize the Valet parking service?

Yes, you need to meet the minimum spend threshold mentioned above. If not, the offer will not be applicable, and your credit card will be charged for the availed amount.
For Example:

Scenario 1: If you have availed the valet service for the month of September 2021 and have made a total spend of  5,000 (or  7,500 as per the card you hold) or more for the same month(September 2021); then you are eligible for the offer and no charges will be levied.
Scenario 2: If you have availed the valet service for the month of September 2021 and have made a total spend of  2,000 only for the same month(September 2021); then you will be charged with the respective location charges.

5. Is there any spend criteria to utilize the Valet parking service?

Yes, you need to meet the minimum spend threshold mentioned above. If not, the offer will not be applicable, and your credit card will be charged for the availed amount.
For Example:

Scenario 1: If you have availed the valet service for the month of September 2021 and have made a total spend of  3,000 or more for the same month(September 2021); then you are eligible for the offer and no charges will be levied.

Yes, you are elibile for the card even if you are not an existing U By Emaar member.

2. How will I get enrolled to the U By Emaar Gold Tier status?

You will need to follow the below simple steps to enroll for the U By Emaar Gold Tier status.

Step 1: Visit www.eismartmiles.ae, click on 'Activate' and enter your loyalty account number, Date of Birth and Name on your Credit card.
Step 2: Activate your account by setting up your login id and password.
Step 3: On first login, you will get a pop-up for U By Emaar loyalty programme enrollment.
- If you are a U By Emaar member, enter your U By Emaar loyalty number and the required fields and click submit.
- If you are not an U By Emaar member, enter the required fields and click submit.
- With 48 hours you will receive a confirmation email from Emaar on the loyalty number and the Gold Tier enrollment.

3. When will I earn the bonus 5,500 Upoints?

Welcome bonus of up to 5,500 Upoints will be awarded upon on meeting the below criteria

4. What happens if I don't enroll to U by Emaar through EI SmartMiles portal/app?

If you don't enroll to U By Emaar loyalty programme through EI SmartMiles portal/app, then you will not earn the upfront Upoints and the Gold tier status.

5. What if I don't meet the spend criteria?

If you don't meet the spend criteria within the stipulated time, then you will not be eligible for the Spend based 2,500 Upoints.

1 Wifi voucher as for every Etihad transaction of  500 or more, customer will get 1 wifi voucher.

1. Is there a spend requirement to avail the movie offer?

Yes, the minimum spend amount mentioned in the above table needs to be met. If not, the offer will not be applicable, and your credit card will be charged for the availed amount.
For example,

Scenario 1: If a Expo cardholder books Reel Cinema movie tickets in September 2021 and their total spend for the month of September 2021 was  3,000 or more; then they will be eligible for the offer.
Scenario 2: If a Expo cardholder books Reel Cinema movie tickets in September 2021 and their total spend for the month of September 2021 was  2,000 then they will not be eligible for the offer and the tickets will be charged on their card.

2. What happens if I exceed the maximum discounted tickets usage per month?

If you exceed the maximum complimentary ticket usage then your credit card will be charged with the excess usage charges.

3. Is this offer applicable on both primary & supplementary cards?

Yes, Supplementary Card can also avail the offer. However please note, the maximum complimentary tickets per month is including primary & supplementary cards.
For example,

Scenario 1: If Primary Expo cardholder books 2 tickets and Supplementary Expo cardholder books 1 more ticket then it will be considered as 3 complimentary tickets utilized for the respective month. No excess charges will be levied as it is within the max. complimentary tickets per month limit.
Scenario 2: If Primary Expo cardholder books 4 tickets and Supplementary Expo cardholder books 2 more tickets then it will be considered as 6 complimentary tickets utilized for the respective month and customer's card account will be charged for the excess usage of 3 tickets.

1. What will happen to my lounge benefit once the new requirement comes into effect?

From 1 April, 2025, you will need to log onto the Mastercard Travel Pass app to re-enter your card details if you already have an account. If you do not have an existing account, you will need to register. Once you do this, any transaction you made with a minimum international transaction of USD 1 or its local currency equivalent from 1 January 2025 to 31 March 2025 will give you access to complimentary airport lounge for 3 calendar months from the date of the transaction. To extend further, you will need to continue using your card for an international transaction of minimum of USD1 extending your access for 3 calendar months from the date of the last transaction. However, if you did not spend a minimum of USD 1 (local currency equivalent) from 1 January to 31 March, then your lounge access benefit will be limited to 1 complimentary access. If after using your complimentary access, you still do not make an international transaction, you will not be able to access the airport lounge unless you make a payment of USD 32 on your Mastercard card.

2. If my lounge benefit is paused because I did not make an international transaction, how can I regain my lounge benefit?

If your lounge has been paused, you may regain access by making an international transaction of a minimum of USD 1 (local currency equivalent) on your card at point of sale or online (e-commerce). Your access will be re-instated after up to 72 hours.

3. Can my domestic transactions at local points of sale or at local online / e-commerce websites or merchants qualify for this new requirement?

No, only international point of sale or international online (e-commerce) transactions count towards your eligibility.

4. Can my transactions prior to my re-enrollment into the Mastercard Travel Pass help me meet this new requirement?

Any transaction made before 1 January 2025 is not counted.

5. How many yearly complimentary accesses do I get?

8 airport lounge visits or dining offers per calendar year.

6. Who is the service provider for Airport Lounge benefit?

The Airport Lounge benefit is offered through Mastercard Travel Pass App, for Mastercard World cardholders.

7. Which are the Airport Lounges that offer complimentary access?

Mastercard World Cardholders can access over 1,100+ Lounges worldwide. To view the list of Airports, register for Mastercard Travel Pass, www.mastercardtravelpass.dragonpass.com.
