If you’ve forgotten your User ID, you can retrieve it instantly on Online/Mobile Banking
If you’ve forgotten your User ID, you can retrieve it using Online Banking or Mobile Banking.
To authorize the retrieve, you need to use Smart Pass or the SMS Authentication Code which we will send to your registered mobile number.
The Authentication Code is valid for 5 minutes and 3 attempts only. If you’ve failed all three attempts, you can regenerate a new one.
