All Emirates Islamic Visa Platinum, Signature or Infinite Debit and Credit Cards come equipped with Buyers Protection.
Please note:
- You must pay for the product in full using your Emirates Islamic Visa Card
- This only applies for new purchases
- Coverage is valid for a maximum of 365 days from the date of purchase
- A written claim must be made no later than 28 days from the date of an incident. However, in the event of theft, the cardholder must report it within 24 hours of discovery
- Particular limits apply to online purchases that are not delivered or damaged in transit
- Including accidental damage to mobile phones

How to Submit a Claim?
A claim must be submitted within 28 days of an incident by emailing creditcardclaims@crawco.me.
The following information must be provided for claims under Buyers Protection:
- Your full name
- The first 9 digits of your covered card number
- Your address
- Brief details of your claim
Once you send the email, the insurance company will send you a claim form to complete, sign, and return within 7 days with the following documents:
- Original receipt proving that you paid for the item entirely with the eligible card
- A copy of the original written police report, if applicable
- A statement of your card account showing the account is open and in good standing
- Any other relevant documents
