* Please Note: For Government/Semi-Government organizations, salary credited to the customer's Emirates Islamic Back Account will be considered as evidence of assignment.

• Originals of property details including the
• Sale and Purchase agreement
• Title Deed/Mulkia and Site Plan
• Sharjah – Department of Housing (SDH) copy of valid facility approval
• Site Plan Copy
• Evidence of down payment (if applicable)
• Approved drawings with Schedule of work and Cash flow statement
• Bill of quantity, signed by all parties on each page
• Building permit with Demarcation certificate
• Owner share completion (if applicable)
• Trade License copies of contractor/consultant

• Original Emirates ID (Not Electronic)
• Original Passport (Should be Valid)
• Family Book Copy
• Valid Original/Electronic Salary Certificate Address to EI + Pay Slip
• IBAN Letter
• Copy of Site Plan
• Government Approval Letter (SHP)

Ready evaluation to be received from ESKAN with contractor documents for final approval for the customers who are applying ONLY for government portion of AED 800K.

In case customer would like to apply for additional finance with EI

• Valid Trade Licenses (Contractor, Consultant)
• Valid Copy of Emirates ID (Contractor, Consultant) for Authorized signatory
• Original Contractor Agreement on Letter Head:
  • Signed and stamped by all parties on all pages
  • Including total amount of building and project duration maximum 18 months
• Original BOQ as per EI Format
  • Signed and stamped by all parties on all pages
  • Matching Contractor agreement value
• Undertakings (owner, contractor, and consultant) on letter head
• Certified architecture drawing including cover sheet with building up area (A4)
• IBAN letter (Contractor) Bank letter
• Security Cheque from customer
