- Why is the xperience with the ENTERTAINER app moving to a new app?
To provide an enhanced experience, Visa ENTERTAINER offers are being integrated into the Visa Airport Companion App, which includes additional features, offers, and benefits.
- What will happen to the xperience with the ENTERTAINER app?
The app will be decommissioned by 31 December 2025. To continue accessing Visa ENTERTAINER Buy-One-Get-One (BOGO) offers, download the Visa Airport Companion App. For a limited time, previously used offers will be refreshed and available again on the new app.
- When should I download the Visa Airport Companion App?
Please download and register before 31 December 2025 to maintain uninterrupted access to offers. Early registration may provide refreshed offers for a limited period.
- Will there be any downtime during the transition?
No. The Visa Airport Companion App is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. ENTERTAINER offers will appear under the Visa Offers and Perks section.
- Do I need to transfer my account or information?
You must register on the Visa Airport Companion App with your eligible Visa card. Existing users of the app can log in to view ENTERTAINER offers based on card eligibility.
- Will my profile or offer history transfer?
No. Profile information and offer history from the xperience with the ENTERTAINER app will not be migrated. New offers will be available upon registration.

Open the Visa Airport Companion App and select Visa ENTERTAINER under Visa Offers & Perks. Choose your location and browse offers. Inform the merchant before billing and present the offer on your device. The merchant enters their PIN to validate redemption.
- Are there limits on redemptions?
Up to three offers per merchant.
- Where are offers valid?
Across the GCC: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.
- Do offers have an expiry date?
Yes, each offer displays its expiry date.
- Can I share offers with family and friends?
No. Offers are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the registered cardholder.
