What is Smart Pass?

Smart Pass is a security feature for digital banking that serves as a secure replacement for the SMS authentication code. Once you activate Smart Pass, you can instantly authorise all your online and mobile banking transactions and requests with a 4-digit PIN of your choice. Learn more about how to activate Smart Pass.

Authorising Transactions with Smart Pass

Once you have activated the Smart Pass feature, you will no longer need to enter SMS authentication codes for your online/mobile banking transactions. You can simply use a Smart Pass PIN to authorise all your digital banking transactions.

Smart Pass PIN

Smart Pass PIN is a 4-digit number that you set when you activate Smart Pass. Use this PIN to authorise your mobile banking transactions on the same device where Smart Pass is activated. You can also enable Smart Pass Touch/Face ID on your device to authorise the transactions.

You can easily reset or change your Smart Pass PIN at any time via our Mobile Banking App. Learn more.

For online banking transactions or on devices where Smart Pass is not activated, you will receive push notification on your trusted device to authorise the transactions.
