Learn More About Your Credit Card Statement

Your credit card statement is a summary of all the transactions on your credit card during a billing cycle. You can change your billing period every six months to better suit your needs.

In line with our bank's vision, we have said goodbye to paper statements. Your e-statement will be sent to your registered email address by default. Do you still need a paper statement? Simply contact our Call Centre on +971 600 599 995 for an ad hoc request.

Request for a Duplicate Statement

If you’ve deleted or lost your statement, you can request a duplicate a duplicate for up to one year using one of the channels below:

If you haven’t received your e-Statement, it could be that you didn’t make any transactions during your last billing cycle. If that’s not the case, check if your registered email address is updated with us, or if the email was moved to your junk or spam folder.

You can stop receiving your paper statements by subscribing to e-Statements through Mobile/Online Banking or by contacting our 24-hour Call Centre on +971 600 599 995.

e-Statements are free, environment friendly and always available in your registered email address for reference. Most importantly, they’re password protected so no one but you can access them.

For security reasons, we can only send your credit card e-Statements to your registered email address. Learn more about how to update your registered email address.
