About Corporate Banking
Emirates Islamic Bank PJSC, as Receiving Bank, presents you with an opportunity to subscribe to the Second Issuance of the UAE Federal Government Treasury Sukuk Retail Offering.
Building on the success of the inaugural offering, which saw strong demand reaching AED 445 million and a successful listing on Nasdaq Dubai, the Ministry of Finance continues to advance the programme with its second issuance.
Designed to broaden individual participation in sovereign investment instruments, this initiative enables eligible UAE citizens and residents to invest directly in government-backed, Shariah-compliant opportunities starting with a minimum subscription of AED 1,000.
The offering is open to UAE citizens and residents with a valid DFM Investor Number (NIN) and a registered mobile number.
Subscriptions will open on 23 September 2026.
In line with the objectives of the Year of Family 2026, the second issuance fosters long-term financial planning and a culture of savings, offering semi-annual profit distributions based on prevailing market conditions.
